| After searching for a site that offered a complete dossier of 24 images, fan Simon Waldock was unable to find something that met his needs. Being the ridiculously over-enthusiastic fan that he is, he decided to create a site himself that could offer such possibilites. On the third of August 2006, Second Wave was born. Named after the terrorist organisation that threatened America during Day 2, Simon's favourite season, the site had an image gallery, episode guides, transcripts, video and sound clips and a weekly newsletter. As time went on, the site grew bigger, and after one year, a new design was given that gave easier navigation to all sections, leaving the site to become what you can see today. |
